Shipping Damage:
If the packaging appears to be damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper’s proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears to be damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us and the carrier (UPS, FedEx, ect.,) immediately.
Returns:
HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (never used or installed) and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer’s packaging intact. Your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded, if applicable.
You should expect to receive your refund/store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Orders returned after 14 days or without an RGA # may not be accepted and could incur a re-stocking fee.
Sales / Discontinued Items:
Product marked “Final Sale”, Custom Items and Discontinued Items will not be accepted as return merchandise.
